Our injection molding tools are manufactured using advanced EDM and CNC technologies. Their design process takes place in 3D and 2D formats (CATIA V5 R26 or R30), alongside prototyping and optimization of injection parameters. We collaborate with our customers throughout the entire production process, starting from the specification and concept development of injection tools, including the design of potential press peripherals. Through this close cooperation, we help significantly reduce tooling costs early in the design phase of plastic components, ensuring optimized manufacturability and moldability.
