HRO-TECH is the exclusive integrator of the XPlanar system for the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n
In cooperation with Beckhoff, we integrate the XPlanar system into production units according to customer requirements as a turnkey solution\u2014including necessary manufacturing, inspection, and software peripherals, as well as installation and commissioning at the customer's site.<\/p>\n
Individual system solutions are optimized and adapted already in the conceptual design phase, with feasibility assessments and cycle time determination. Optimization approaches are developed jointly to allow users to fully utilize the benefits of XPlanar technology.<\/p>\n
The intelligent XPlanar transport system combines the advantages of conventional systems and enhances them with a unique magnetic levitation technology. Thanks to floating 2D transport, the planar motor system unlocks a wide range of new possibilities.<\/p>\n
The unique levitation effect ensures wear-free and silent movement with six degrees of freedom, including 360\u00b0 rotation. Products move at speeds of up to 2 m\/s across various machines via custom-designed setups. If the payload capacity of one mover is insufficient, multiple movers can work together to position goods with micrometer precision.<\/p>\n
Users benefit from individual movement freedom, provided by driverless transport systems, allowing single-item transport to any location along any route, either within a single machine or between multiple machines. In addition to this flexibility, XPlanar offers the full dynamics of a linear motor, enabling the seamless connection of manufacturing steps with optimized cycle times.<\/p>\n<\/div>
