We produce injection tools using  EDM and CNC production technologies. Their construction takes place in 3D + 2D formats (in CATIA V5 R26 or R30 systems) and in addition we also pattern them and optimize their injection parameters.

With our customers, we cooperate in the entirety of the production process, starting when specifying and entering the concept of injection tools, including the design of possible peripherals to the press. Thanks to this close cooperation, their tools production costs are significantly reduced right at the construction of plastic parts phase. With the manufacturability and moulding of these parts we can also assist.
